Biography

Siddhartha Bhattacharyya is currently the Principal of RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India. He is the recipient of several prestigious international and national awards for his contribution to academics and research. His research interests include soft computing, pattern recognition, multimedia data processing, social networks, hybrid intelligence and quantum computing. He has considerable expertise in designing and developing quantum neural networks and quantum metaheuristic algorithms for image analysis and understanding. He is a co-author of 4 books and the co-editor of 13 books and has more than 185 research publications in international journals and conference proceedings to his credit. He has also got patents on applications of intelligent technology. He holds various portfolios in several professional institutions.
